2026 Kaohsiung Office One-Stop Service Experience Program
To enhance understanding of the one-stop services provided by the Kaohsiung Office of the Center for Occupational Accident Prevention and Rehabilitation (COAPRE), an on-site visit and hands-on experience program was organized. Through guided tours of the facility, service briefings, expert explanations, and interactive demonstrations, participants gained insight into how the one-stop service model integrates diverse professional resources to deliver comprehensive, convenient, and user-centered support.
During the event, participants engaged directly with a range of assistive devices, vocational assessment tools, and pre-employment training equipment. In addition to gaining a clearer understanding of the scope and application of each service, participants also experienced firsthand how vocational assessments can precisely identify individual potential, and how pre-employment training effectively bridges to workplace skills, demonstrating the close integration between service design and practical implementation.
Through this experience program, participants not only gained a deeper understanding of service processes, functional positioning, and resource integration models, but also saw the core spirit of COAPRE’s one-stop service approach in action: placing user needs at the center and supporting individuals in successfully returning to the workforce through professional assessment and structured training, ultimately advancing the goal of career rehabilitation.
