The Center for Occupational Accident Prevention and Rehabilitation has an organizational structure with the board of directors at the top, under which CEO, and Deputy CEO manage the following six business department: Occupational Accident Preventive Technology Department, Machinery and Equipment Technology Department,Occupational Hygiene and Health Service Department,Occupational Injury and Disease Service Department,Occupational Rehabilitation Department, and the Administrative affairs Department. There is also a chief information officer to provide network technical support and assistance. The distribution of qualifications of the Center's staff: 6% with doctoral degrees, 34% with master's degrees, and 48% of the team members have occupational safety and health related professional licenses.

1. Program to Advance OHS Culture and Education for the Public and Student Communities:
  • The 2025 National Occupational Safety and Health Award Selection and Commendation Activities will begin the evaluation process for all awards in July, with the awards ceremony slated for October.
  • The National Workplace Safety and Health Week officially kicked off with an opening ceremony on April 21 at Howard Hall, B2F, Howard Plaza Hotel Taipei, followed by a series of related activities.
2. Accident Prevention Promotion Plan and Awareness Activities for Special Groups and Middle-aged/Elderly Workers. We plan to conduct 20 sessions each for these two groups, with five sessions already completed.

3.Micro and Temporary Occupational Safety and Health Guidance Plan for the Private Construction Industry. A total of 3,000 sessions are planned under this initiative, with 253 sessions already completed as of mid-June.

4.Occupational Safety and Health Guidance Plan for Small and Medium-Sized Manufacturing Enterprises. Launched in May, the program aims to conduct 1,000 guidance sessions, with 103 sessions already completed.

5.OHS Personnel Awareness Enhancement Program, planning 20 sessions in total, with eight sessions completed to date.

6.TOSHMS Promotion Activity Plan:
  • Expected to release teaching materials for the analysis of Occupational Safety and Health Management System clauses and a summary package by the end of the year.
  • Organized 10 promotional events for the Occupational Safety and Health Management System, and three have already been completed.
7.Implementation Plan for Electrical Equipment Inspections in Factories:
  • Plan to conduct 70 electrical equipment safety inspection and guidance sessions starting in July.
  • Planning to hold 3 sessions of electrical inspection education and training.
  • Plan to conduct three electrical inspection educational training sessions starting in October.

1. Promoting a culture of occupational safety and health:

  • For the National Occupational Safety and Health Award selection and commendation activities, applications would be accepted until the end of April, with the evaluation process for each award commencing in May.
  • The National Workplace Safety and Health Week officially kicked off with an opening ceremony on April 21 at Howard Hall, B2F, Howard Plaza Hotel Taipei, with an estimated 200 participants in attendance.

  • Preparations are currently underway for the development of teaching materials analyzing the clauses of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System, along with a corresponding summary package.
  • Organized 10 promotional events for the Occupational Safety and Health Management System. The first session took place on May 12 in Kaohsiung, and registration is now open on the official website.
7. Implementation Plan for Electrical Equipment Inspections in Factories:
  • Plan to conduct 70 electrical equipment safety inspection and guidance sessions.
  • Plan to conduct three electrical inspection educational training sessions.
  • Plan to conduct three electrical explosion-proof personnel competency training sessions.
