In accordance with Article 66 of the “Labor Occupational Accident Insurance and Protection Act” and Articles 3, 4, and 5 of the “Regulation for the Management and Subsidies of Approved Professional Occupational Rehabilitation Institutions for Workers Suffering Occupational Accidents”, approved occupational rehabilitation professional institutions are required to employ occupational therapists or physical therapists, clinical psychologists or counseling psychologists. The above professionals should have at least six months' experience in work related to occupational rehabilitation or vocational rehabilitation for working people suffering from occupational accidents, or have completed the pre-employment professional trainings approved by the central competent authorities on working capacity evaluation and hardening services for workers suffering from occupational accidents, and have obtained a certificate of training before providing the related services. Therefore, the Center planned this Pre-employment Professional Training Course, which includes 30 hours of the "Pre-employment Professional Training in Working Capacity Evaluation and Hardening Services for Workers Suffering from Occupational Accidents" and 12 hours of the "Pre-employment Professional Training for Occupational Rehabilitation Psychological Reinforcement Service for Workers Suffering from Occupational Accidents" to train occupational rehabilitation institution professionals.
