Through organizing advanced study activities, the Center intends to achieve the objective of enhancing the professional knowledge and capabilities of occupational rehabilitation professionals and promoting the exchange and experience sharing among them. This Camp focuses on the physiological and psychological rehabilitation needs of workers after occupational accidents, conducts job analysis and functional working capacity evaluation to understand their needs for returning to work needs and set goals for functional enhancement to assist workers suffering from occupational accidents to return to work as soon as possible. Discussions will also be held on issues related to practical and clinical professional businesses. Through the sharing between professional lecturers and senior units and discussions across the network, the opinions of each unit and reflections on their own implementation experiences will be collected, so that not only the knowledge and capabilities learned in the course can be applied to the occupational accident workers rehabilitation services, but the future planning of the returning to work services for workers suffering from occupational accidents can be aligned with the actual service situations as well.

Prospective participants:
Occupational therapists from approved occupational rehabilitation professional institutions engaged in occupational rehabilitation or vocational rehabilitation for workers suffering from occupational accidents, physical therapists, clinical psychologists, and counseling psychologists.
