In accordance with Article 69 of the Labor Occupational Accident Insurance and Protection Act and the relevant provisions of the "Regulations Governing Subsidies from the Municipality and County (City) Governments for Assisting Workers Suffering from Occupational Accidents to Return to Work", in order to deal with the operational matters related to the foregoing Regulations Governing Subsidies, the Ministry of Labor subsidizes local governments to employees administrative assistance personnel in occupational accident worker rehabilitation (hereinafter abbreviated as "rehabilitation administrative assistance personnel") to handle matters stipulated in foregoing Regulations Governing Subsidies. In order to enhance the professional knowledge and capabilities and practical operation of rehabilitation administrative assistance personnel, the Center planed this education and training course with the hope that the training can help rehabilitation administrative assistance personnel to enhance their professional knowledge and capabilities and familiarize themselves with the relevant operational matters related to subsidies so as to improve the service quality and meet the service demand. The Course is planned for 3 sessions each in Northern, Central and Southern Taiwan for administrative assistance personnel in occupational accident worker rehabilitation, and will be conducted in the form of a physical course.
