In accordance with the amendments to the Regulations Governing the Labor Health Protection on December 22, 2021, business entities with workplaces of decentralized nature where workers provide labor services should be provided with diversified and flexible labor service models to provide more appropriate health care. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Ministry of Labor commissioned the Taiwan Occupational Hygiene Service Association to amend the "Promotional Manual for SME On-site Health Services" (Version 3) to enable SMEs to understand how to work together with labor health service personnel to promote labor health services and raise labor health awareness in order to form a healthy workforce.
