The Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Ministry of Labor formulated the "Guidelines for Selection of Skin Protective Equipment against Chemicals"

For workers engaged in the manufacture, disposal, or use of hazardous substances with skin hazards, in order to avoid occupational accidents caused by contact, leakage, or splashing of such hazardous substances in the course of operations, in addition to implementing source control or engineering control, if there is still a risk of skin contact hazards, the employer should take the following measures:

1. Select appropriate personal skin protective equipment according to the characteristics of the hazardous substances and ensure that workers use it properly.

2. Select appropriate skin protective equipment against chemicals according to actual needs and relevant laws and regulations to prevent occupational accidents.
