The Center for Occupational Accident Prevention and Rehabilitation has an organizational structure with the board of directors at the top, under which CEO, and Deputy CEO manage the following 7 business department: Occupational Accident Preventive Technology Department, Machinery and Equipment Technology Department,Occupational Hygiene and Health Service Department,Occupational Injury and Disease Service Department,Occupational Rehabilitation Department, Occupational Accident Technical Services Department and the Administrative affairs Department. There is also a chief information officer to provide network technical support and assistance. The distribution of qualifications of the Center's staff: 6% with doctoral degrees, 34% with master's degrees, and 48% of the team members have occupational safety and health related professional licenses.

Introduction to each Department
- Organize the evaluation and recognition of Occupational safety and health management personnel.
- Plan and implement promotion, counseling and education & training in occupational accident prevention for high-risk business entities.
- Plan and implement promotion, consultancy, and education & training programs for occupational accident prevention in small and medium-sized construction projects and manufacturing enterprises.
- Provide policy recommendations and advisory services to the government on occupational safety and health.
- Promote the application of occupational safety and health technologies, including consultancy services, training program design, and professional talent development.
- Plan and promote experiential occupational safety and health programs and grassroots outreach initiatives.
- Facilitate the development of a nationwide occupational safety and health culture and support disaster prevention guidance initiatives.
- Handle other matters related to occupational accident prevention technologies.
- The 2026 National Occupational Safety and Health Awards briefing session is scheduled for April 8.
- The launch ceremony for the 2026 National Workplace Safety and Health Week is scheduled for April 21.
- The 2026 Safety and Health Promotion Program for Middle-aged and Older Workers: 20 sessions planned; 1 session completed.
- The 2026 Occupational Safety and Health Promotion Program for Workers without Fixed Employers: 11 sessions planned; first session scheduled for April 23.
- The 2026 Occupational Safety and Health Promotion Program for Agricultural and Fishery Workers: 11 sessions planned; 3 sessions completed.
- The 2026 Indigenous Peoples Occupational Accident Prevention and Occupational Safety and Health Awareness Promotion Program: 12 sessions planned.
- The 2026 Heat Hazard Prevention and Awareness Promotion Program for High-Temperature Operations: 40 sessions planned.
- The 2026 Technology-Assisted Design and Construction Risk Reduction Program for Construction Projects: 20 sessions planned.
- The 2026 Electrical Safety Inspection and Assessment Program for Aging Factory Facilities: 50 sessions planned.
- Emerging Technology Workplace Disaster Prevention Promotion Programs:
• 2026 Smart Construction Site Technology Demonstration Program: 9 sessions planned.
• 2026 Immersive Experiential Technology Program for Workplace Disaster Prevention: 12 sessions planned. - Safety and Health Awareness Enhancement Program for (Vocational) High School Training Workshops: 10 sessions planned; 1 session completed.
- 2026 Occupational Safety and Health Experiential Camps for University Students in Construction Engineering: 8 sessions planned.
- 2026 Professional Training Programs for Enhancing Occupational Safety and Health Personnel Competencies: 20 sessions planned.
- On-site Guidance Program for Small and Micro Manufacturing Enterprises:
• A total of 1,000 on-site guidance sessions planned.
• 14 applications received for SME OSH diagnostic guidance; 4 sessions completed. - 2026 Guidance and Promotion Plan for Micro-Scale Construction Projects and Temporary Operations: 3,000 sessions planned.
1. Plan to promote and strengthen occupational safety and health culture among citizens and students:
- The selection process for the 2025 National Occupational Safety and Health Awards has been completed, and the awards ceremony was held on October 20. A total of two Benchmark Awards for Large Enterprises, two Benchmark Awards for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, two Special Awards for Occupational Health, and three Individual Lifetime Contribution Awards were presented.
2. Planned to conduct 45 sessions of accident prevention awareness activities for special groups and middle-aged/elderly workers, and 49 sessions have been conducted so far.
3.Planned to conduct 3,000 sessions of the Guidance Plan for Micro-Scale Construction Projects and Temporary Operations aimed at the private construction industry. As of mid-November, 3,025 sessions had been completed.
4.Under the Occupational Safety and Health Guidance Program for Small and Medium-sized Manufacturing Enterprises, 1,000 sessions were planned. Implementation commenced in May, and all 1,000 sessions had been completed as of November.
5.Occupational safety and health personnel awareness enhancement program. The program aims to conduct 20 sessions in total, and 20 sessions have been conducted so far.
6.TOSHMS Promotion Activity Plan:
- Expected to release teaching materials for the analysis of Occupational Safety and Health Management System clauses and a summary package by the end of the year.
- Planned and conducted 10 promotional events for the Occupational Safety and Health Management System.
7.Implementation Plan for Electrical Equipment Inspections in Factories:
- A total of 70 electrical equipment safety inspection and guidance sessions were planned, and all 70 sessions have been completed.
- Three electrical inspection training sessions were planned and have been completed in Taoyuan, Taichung, and Kaohsiung, respectively.
