2026 Professional Training Course for Workplace Bullying Investigators | Session 2

In recent years, workplace bullying has received growing attention. To help enterprises and local competent authorities establish more robust response mechanisms, COAPRE was commissioned by the Ministry of Labor to organize the Professional Training Course for Workplace Bullying Investigators. Through a rigorous training program, the course aims to enhance investigators’ professional competence and judgment.

COAPRE is also assisting in the development of an investigator search platform, which consolidates information on qualified investigators. When handling workplace bullying complaints, organizations can use the platform to quickly identify and select suitable experts, helping establish an impartial, objective, and fair complaint investigation and handling mechanism that effectively protects workers’ rights and interests.

Instructors explained the laws, regulations, and ethical principles related to workplace bullying and clarified key concepts, providing a foundation for the course and equipping participants with the essential competencies required of professional investigators.
