The Labor Occupational Accident Insurance and Protection Act (hereafter referred to as the Insurance and Protection Act), came into effect on May 1, 2022. To provide a comprehensive review through the 2023 Occupational Injury and Disease Prevention Annual Report, we aim to offer a detailed understanding of the Center's operations, the current state of occupational injury and illness prevention services in Taiwan, and the performance of occupational injury and disease reporting. This report will serve as a reference for the Center's ongoing promotion and expansion of related services in the future.
