The Center will hold 4 sessions of "Specific Chemical Substances and Lead Work Hazard Prevention"

1.These sessions will address the health risks posed by specific chemicals, which, based on epidemiological principles, are highly carcinogenic, corrosive, and toxic, leading to delayed health impacts with long-term exposure. Ministry of Labor announces revised "Lead Poisoning Prevention Regulations" on June 13, 2024 to strengthen the understanding of the revised regulations and the health impacts of chemical substances, the Ministry of Labor aims to use practical safety management strategies to implement hazard prevention measures that safeguard workers' health.

2.Organizer: The Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Ministry of Labor, the Center for Occupational Accident Prevention and Rehabilitation (COAPRE).

3.Target participant: Professionals involved in managing and supervising workplaces with specific chemical substances

4. Registration method: (1) Registration deadline: Open until September 27, 2024 (Friday), based on a first-come, first-served basis. Confirmation emails will be sent to those who are accepted, while those not selected will not be notified. If you are unable to attend after registration, please inform us at least five days before the event. 5. Sessions: October 3 (Thu) for Hualien Session, October 11 (Fri) for Kaohsiung Session, October 14 (Mon) for Taipei Session, October 16 (Wed) for Taichung Session

7. Participants who fully attend the training course (excluding labor health service personnel) will be issued a certificate of 3-hour credits for on-the-job occupational safety and health training at the conclusion of the event.
