OSHA announced the 2025 Application for Subsidies on Occupational Accident Prevention and Occupational Accident Worker Rehabilitation
1. Objective: To expand the scope of collaboration with related non-governmental organizations to join in the promotion of occupational accident prevention and rehabilitation for workers suffering from occupational accidents.
2. Subsidy recipients: Labor groups, employer organizations, medical institutions, academic and research institutes, and other related organizations.
III. Items for the subsidy:
(1) Research and development of occupational accident prevention technology and training.
(2) Promotional education on occupational accident prevention and rehabilitation for workers suffering from occupational accidents.
(3) Survey and research on occupational injuries and diseases.
(4) Research and development and application of diagnosis and treatment of occupational injuries and diseases.
(5) Research and development and promotion of auxiliary facilities for workers suffering from occupational accidents to return to work.
(6) Research on workers suffering from occupational accidents to return to work.
(7) Other matters relating to occupational accident prevention and rehabilitation for workers suffering from occupational accidents.
IV. Application method:
The Ministry of Labor announces the following year's key points and matters given priority to for subsidy of occupational accident prevention and rehabilitation for workers suffering from occupational accidents at the end of June each year. The unit applying for subsidy shall, before the end of August every year, besides filling out an application form, preparing relevant documents, and applying to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Ministry of Labor, draw up an implementation plan based on the following items:
(1) Name of the unit for subsidy.
(2) Plan name.
(3) Objectives of the plan and manpower requirements.
(4) Qualifications of the plan host.
(5) Funds estimate schedule.
(6) Implementation method.
(7) Implementation period.
(8) Expected results.
(9) Documents and information to prove the eligibility for the subsidy.
(10) Other documents as required by the central competent authority.
