1. In accordance with Article 66 of the “Labor Occupational Accident Insurance and Protection Act”, in order to restore and reinforce the working capacity of workers suffering from occupational accidents, the employers or the workers suffering from occupational accidents may apply to occupational rehabilitation professional institutions approved by the central competent authority for assistance in formulating return to work programs and providing occupational rehabilitation services such as job analysis, functional capacity evaluation and hardening training to enhance their physiological and psychological functions to the workers suffering from occupational accidents.

2. The approved occupational rehabilitation professional institutions for workers suffering from occupational accidents may apply for subsidies from the central competent authority for the designated services they provide.

3. In addition, in accordance with Article 6 of the “Regulation for the Management and Subsidies of Approved Occupational Accident Worker Rehabilitation Professional Institutions,” the central competent authority may periodically announce the acceptance of applications for accreditation of occupational rehabilitation professional institutions. The acceptance period of applications will be from May 30 until July 15, 2024.Please refer to the attachment for more details.
