1.Starting from July 1, 2023, when employers install local exhaust ventilation devices, they should follow the regulations of "Standards for Prevention of Hazards from Specific Chemical Substances" and assign or entrust the design of local exhaust ventilation devices to the qualified professions trained by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Ministry of Labor, prepare a design report of the local exhaust ventilation devices and complete the original performance report after the installation is completed. In addition, they should regularly maintain and manage the devices during the operation to ensure the effectiveness of the local exhaust ventilation devices.
