Convenience stores are a kind of business that their workers can easily come into contact with unspecified people while performing their duties and, therefore, are at a higher risk of being subjected to unlawful workplace infringement. In order to reinforce convenience store operators’ preventive measures of illegal infringement in the workplace, considering their work characteristics, this Guideline is formulated in accordance with Article 324-3 of the Regulations for Occupational Safety and Health Facilities to provide reference for the operators to implement the physical and mental protection of workers.
