The purpose is to provide a diversified and flexible model of labor services as well as more appropriate health care. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Ministry of Labor commissioned the Center for Occupational Accident Prevention and Rehabilitation to amend the "Promotional Manual for SME On-site Health Services" (Version 4) to enable SMEs to understand how to work together with labor health service personnel to promote labor health services and raise labor health awareness in order to form a healthy workforce.
