Teaching materials for the analysis of Occupational Safety and Health Management System clauses and a summary package

Designed for organizations of all sizes, this reference framework helps address the challenges of occupational safety and health (OSH) management under limited manpower and resources. By providing a clear and practical structure, it enables organizations to implement the PDCA (Plan–Do–Check–Act) cycle, drive continuous improvement in OSH management performance, and achieve compliance with national standards and certification requirements.

Following the systematic approaches outlined in “CNS 45001 Occupational Safety and Health Management System,” business units should take proactive steps, such as:

  • Identify potential hazards and risks during the organization's operational activities.
  • Define relevant matters that must be complied with during operational activities.
  • Define the responsibilities and competencies of each unit across all OSH tasks.
  • Continue to oversee, monitor, analyze, and assess OSH management and performance.

This standardized framework provides a clear roadmap for every department and individual, from senior management, employees, to contractors. By encouraging autonomous OSH implementation, it reduces management gaps caused by personnel changes and unifies differing operational approaches, allowing organizations to achieve optimal efficiency with constrained OSH personnel.
