Re-employment-2023 Occupational Rehabilitation Services for Workers Suffering from Occupational Accidents

Occupational rehabilitation professional services assist workers suffering from occupational accidents to get re-employed

Workers suffering from occupational accidents are often worried about returning to work after an accident because they are not sure whether they are still able to perform their original duties. Occupational rehabilitation professional services not only help workers suffering from occupational accidents to understand whether their present ability meets the original working capacity requirements, but also help them formulate training plan for working capacity hardening training. However, if workers suffering from occupational accidents still have difficulties in returning to their original work after training and attempt to adjust the frequency and intensity of their duties and the equipment in the work environment, occupational rehabilitation can provide advice on choosing a new job based on the case client's post-training capability, help analyze the capability requirements of the new target job, and remind the client of the things to pay attention to for the job to avoid secondary injury or failure in return to work due to incompatible capability.
